The Journal of Studies on Registration Law, officially licensed by the Ministry of Culture under license number 86626, is the only specialized journal in the field of Registration Law. It provides a platform for joint research activities aimed at resolving specialized legal issues and challenges in registration law. The journal has been established through the collaboration and guidance of the Judiciary Research Institute and the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Properties.
The Strategic Committee of the journal is composed of representatives from the Judiciary Research Institute, the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Propertie, and academic experts. It should be noted that the journal is in full compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology's Journal Evaluation Commission, for obtaining a scientific-research license.
