Invitation to Academic Collaboration in the Advancement of Registration Law Knowledge- Call for Papers for “Studies on Registration Law Review"
Nasrin Tabatabai Hesari, Editor-in-Chief of the scientific and specialized Studies on Registration Law Review, has invited researchers, experts, and scholars in the field of property and registration law to actively contribute to the journal by submitting scientific and analytical articles, thereby enriching its academic quality and expanding the frontiers of legal knowledge in property and registration law.
According to the General Directorate of Public Relations and Media of the Iranian Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Properties, the Editor-in-Chief of the Studies on Registration Law Review emphasized that scholars can significantly contribute to the scientific depth of the journal and to the advancement of knowledge in this legal field through the submission of analytical and research-based papers.
Nasrin Tabatabai Hesari highlighted the mission of the journal in promoting legal scholarship and addressing emerging issues in the domain of deeds and Land registration. She noted that the Studies on Registration Law Review was established to provide a platform for the exchange of scientific ideas between academia and the executive institutions, particularly the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Properties.
The Editor-in-Chief added that the journal has already published valuable articles across various areas of registration law. The journal is published under the auspices of the Judiciary Research Institute, with President of the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Properties, serving as its Director-in-Charge. The journal aspires to broaden legal knowledge in the field of property and registration with a national vision and international outlook.
She further stated that this initiative not only contributes to the development of registration law in Iranian legal system, but also seeks to introduce this system to the international community and to foster global academic exchange in this field.
Emphasizing the importance of active participation by researchers, experts, and managers from the Organization and other institutions involved in land affairs, she said:
"Due to their practical experience and deep familiarity with applied issues, experts from relevant organizations and executive bodies can play a vital role in advancing academic discourse by authoring analytical and research-based articles.”
